Try all shoes on an OLD carpet first to avoid any soiling. You may exchange or return Reel Pumps or Jig Shoes within 30 days, provided they are not soiled, damaged or heat treated. There is an additional shipping and handling fee each time we mail shoes to you. Click here to see our general shipping information. As shipping charges are very dynamic in nature and fluctuate base on many variables specific to your situation, the best way to see a good estimate on what will be your shipping charge is to similate a real order checkout for the product you are returning, and view what would be the shipping charge. Of course, when doing this, you should not actually complete the order. As an example, if you are returning a pair of reel shoes, use our shopping page to simulate ordering that same pair of reel shoes. After you enter your address in the checkout process, you will be given the pricing for your shipping.

Refunds:

  1. Use the refund form enclosed with your order

  2. If you lost or misplaced your original refund form, print a new refund form

  3. Ship the original purchase (with the refurnd form included) back to:

Your refund will be processed immediately upon receipt to your original form of payment. Allow for a few additional days for this to be reflected in your bank.

Exchanges:

  1. Order your new size through our online website.

  2. Return your wrong sized product for refund (see above address)

  3. Upon receipt of you original order, your original form of payment will be credited the cost of the original product (with the exception of the shipping fee).
